Ahh, I’ve been looking for different types of Photoshop alternatives because I have been running Linux for past couple of years, and since Photoshop or Affinity Photo isn’t going to be available for Linux, I have to find something that I can use.
Apparently using Gimp is one of the software I have been using but it was little harder to use because it wasn’t something that I was used to yet. I wanted to write this down so that I don’t have to search for anymore and decided to post it here.
Installation of Krita
I tend to like to install everything in command line and grab whatever software is available through PPA. To install Krita follow the following steps
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kritalime/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install krita
If you want to remove the software head over to the terminal and type the following.
sudo apt remove krita
